In a world that’s always on, many of us have forgotten how to switch off. Calodagh is a qualified meditation teacher who has helped thousands of people learn to meditate and find practices that suit them over the past 14 years.

She works with a range of meditation approaches, including breath-based and mantra meditation, visualisation, movement, and deep-relaxation techniques. Drawing on this experience, her approach is practical, grounded, and adaptable, recognising that different practices suit different people. Calodagh meets people where they are, supporting them to find simple, effective practices that fit naturally into their lives - even small, everyday pauses that can make a real difference.

1:1 Meditation Session with Calodagh

Best for a personalised introduction or deeper one-to-one support

Many people say, “I tried meditation and it didn’t work for me.”
Often, that’s simply because they were introduced to a single approach that didn’t suit them.

In this personalised 60–75 minute session, Calodagh takes the time to understand where you are - how your mind works, what you want, and what you would like to gain from meditation. From there, she gently guides you through a range of different meditation practices, allowing you to experience different styles.

Practices explored may include breath-based meditation, mantra, visualisation, Yoga Nidra, movement, and deep relaxation - giving you the opportunity to discover what works best for you.

Drawing on many years of experience guiding thousands of people, Calodagh supports you in creating a simple, personalised daily meditation routine that fits naturally into your life - even on busy days.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded, with practical tools and a daily routine you can return to anytime to reset, restore your energy, and maintain greater calm and connection in everyday life.

Weekly Meditation Classes:


For those who want a regular, supportive space to practise, Calodagh also offers three weekly online meditation classes. These sessions provide a consistent time to pause, reset, and reconnect - whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice. You can choose the class time that best fits your life.

Joining a regular class supports a strong, consistent practice and helps you build calm, clarity, and genuine recovery in everyday life.

Meditation & Mantra

Wednesdays, 8-9 PM & Sundays, 8-9 AM
These will help you build a steady weekly meditation routine.  

You can choose either option - based on what suits your lifestyle.  These classes blend relaxation, focused breathing, and mantra - rhythmic sound patterns that help quiet racing thoughts, regulate your nervous system, and bring emotional balance and inner calm.

Each session is gently guided and offers a supportive structure while allowing space to relax deeply, reflect, and reconnect.

  • Wednesdays provide a soothing midweek reset - a chance to unwind, release mental clutter, and regain perspective so you can move through the rest of the week feeling centred and grounded.

  • Sundays begin the day with lightness and intention - an open, gently energising practice to help you start the week feeling calm, refreshed, and renewed.

These sessions support your mind and nervous system, and help you develop and maintain calm, focus, and clarity. The practices are deeply relaxing and gently energising.

Inner Balance Meditation

Mondays, 8–9 PM
Best for deep relaxation and nervous-system recovery

Inner Balance is a gentle, grounding class focused on deep relaxation, calming breathwork, and guided visualisation.

It is designed to help you unwind physically, emotionally, and mentally.  This session creates genuine recovery time for your nervous system and mind.

You’ll be guided to release the day’s tension, find stillness, and create space for rest and balance as the week begins. Many people use this class to reset after a busy day and begin the week feeling clearer, calmer, and more centred.  


Our weekly classes offer a calm, consistent space to slow down, restore balance, and build energy, clarity, and resilience for everyday life. 
A regular class supports consistency, connection, and focus, helping you maintain and enjoy the benefits of meditation over time.

If you’re unable to attend live on occasion, recordings are shared so you can stay connected and continue your practice in your own time.
