One to One Life Coaching

In her previous work as a humanitarian leader, Calodagh led and managed people, projects, and budgets in very high-stress situations - during and in the aftermath of war, droughts, floods, tsunamis, and earthquakes.  

She now regularly coaches leaders and high-responsibility professionals - and helps them gain clarity, set boundaries, sharpen focus, and sustain momentum to deliver results without burnout.

Her coaching blends lived experience from high-pressure environments with her 12 Pillar Framework of Wellbeing, practical tools, and steady accountability - so clients realign and move forward personally and professionally.
