'I’ve been practicing daily meditation for over 15 years. Before I started, my head was like a washing machine on full-spin - busy, fast moving and not where I was physically most of the time. I spent a lot of time in the past, the future, and or in my head.
Meditation changed that. It’s the best gift I've ever given to myself. It hasn't made me or my life perfect - but it makes daily life a lot better than it would otherwise be! Twenty minutes of meditation a day makes the other 23 hours and 40 minutes far clearer, calmer, more productive - and more meaningful and enjoyable'.
