From Stress to Success
Stress is the epidemic of today. There are pressures and weapons of mass distraction everywhere. This half-day workshop will give participants the tools to focus better, let go of past and be happier and more energised and productive day-to-day. Particpants will learn various meditation, mindfulness and relaxation practices to help:
- promote sleep and relaxation
- improve focus, motivation and vitality
- alleviate pain and symptoms of anxiety and depression
- build confidence
The programme is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced. It will be facilitated by Calodagh McCumiskey (www.spirtiualearth.com).
