Stress is the epidemic of today. There are pressures and weapons of mass distraction everywhere. This half-day workshop will give participants the tools to focus better, let go of past and be happier and more energised and productive day-to-day. Particpants will learn various meditation, mindfulness and relaxation practices to help:

  • promote sleep and relaxation
  • improve focus, motivation and vitality
  • alleviate pain and symptoms of anxiety and depression
  • build confidence
